Return/Exchange

RETURN
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (if applicable), and all vendor tags attached in order to be accepted

• Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the order delivering to you. Returns postmarked after this timeframe, or that otherwise do not meet the criteria of our return policy, are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted

• Return packages postmarked within the first 10 days of the delivery date qualify for free return shipping

• No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any price. Final sale items purchased above $25 are eligible for size-based exchanges

• Items returned with use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our return policy mentioned above will not be accepted

• Items must be returned inside protective packaging, such as the polybag or box it was originally shipped with, to keep them safe in transit back to us

EXCHANGE

• Exchanges on eligible products are available for orders shipped within the US. International orders are not eligible for exchanges

• We offer the ability to exchange eligible products for a different size, one time, so long as the new size is available. If the size needed is out of stock, exchanges are not permitted and you will have the ability to return so long as the product is eligible to be returned

• We will send you a new size of the item you are exchanging at no cost, right away. The original size will need to be postmarked back within 10 days of initiating the exchange
